Plus: my fave dish for when I want to vanish in the void 🕳️
And: a few Paris tips for those who think I’m a traveling agency

If you follow me for a long time, you know how important running is to me. It’s my therapy, it quiets my mind and improves my mental health. Running will absolutely, 200% help calm your mind too, I will forever keeping preaching this gospel!

Due to my weak ankles and an injury, I was unable to run CPH Half myself, but luckily I got to come anyway and support my amazing team mates, who are just the BEST people ever.

This weekend was everything!! We cried, we laughed, we supported and we talked running, it was so memorable I will never ever forget getting this opportunity to support my likeminded crew @asicsrunning. You were all so inspiring 💙

Extremely thankful to experience this with you all! So so proud of you Sil, Isa, Oph and Redmar!!
ASICS- sound mind, sound body is SO TRUE!!
@asicsrunning and @hetprbureau thanks for this wild ride and forever support. Next race I hope to be so back!

I easily walk 20k steps in heels, run for the train in heels and dance in heels. Once in a while, I wear a nice and special loafer.
STOX Everyday compression socks in all these fun colors keep my legs comfy while I wear whatever shoe matches my outfit when I wake up and get ready.
Perfect for the upcoming colder seasons. We’ve got to keep that blood flowing!
