Pasta in pomegranate and walnuts sauce w asparagus 🫶🫰
.
I'm sure some purists may question this combo but if you're not one of them, you must try a simple butter garlic sauce with sautéed pomegranate seeds and walnuts. Feel free to use vegan butter or olive oil. The slightly tart taste and texture or pomegranate seeds and the crunch of walnuts is a game changer! I seasoned w salt, pepper only to let the main ingredients shine. DM me if you need the recipe! Sautéed asparagus is among my fav sides! It should have a bite, not be too soggy so cook on high heat for just a few mins. Simple ingredients are often the tasties! Joila! 💃

Sweet potatoes, canary beans tacos w home made tomatillo hot sauce on a bed of radicchio 🌶️💃 🎉
.
My inner child loves eating 🌈 plates bursting with colors! What better than a bed of sprightly radicchio leaves to color em tacos! I love it's slightly bitter taste and texture, it adds a whole other dimension to tacos! Sautéed jewel sweet potatoes enhance their natural sweetness. My new fav beans are canary beans! They are oh so buttery and quick cooking! You can sub w any beans. The star of these tacos is a tomatillo sauce, which adds the right touch of sour, heat and garlicky yumminess. Blitz one tomatillo, 1 clove garlic, 2 Thai red chillies, 1/4th green bell pepper, 1/4 tsp salt. Tomatillos are super sour and taste great raw, you don't need to cook this sauce. Feel free to add corn, vegan or reg sour cream, cilantro and lime juice for added pop. Joila! 💃

I can't be more thrilled @charli_xcx owned Times Square and how! She deserves all the success and accolades she's finally receiving and for being true to herself!!! This is the biggest concert crowd I've ever seen at Times Square, caught while I was zipping away to a commitment, wishing I could hear her again. Her concert at MSG is one of my top 5, ever! Wishing her much more success 💃!

Funny and scary stories reaching Taylor concerts! Both times I went to Taylor Swift concert, I didn't have a ticket in hand. First time I accidentally got dropped off a bus many stops away from MetLife stadium on the middle of the highway. Taylor crazed me jumped into a stranger's car who offered me a lift saying no Uber will pick me there. He was smoking a ciggie, his car reeked of smoke, his front teeth were rotting, the car was falling apart - despite all the red flags, I jumped in. He starts heading away from MetLife, apologized for 2 wrong turns. My heart was pounding so hard! Fearing kidnapping in the making, I started assessing jumping out of a running car injuries vs kidnapping consequences. Ultimately, he went to the stadium and was a total gentleman dropping me to the closest gate! Met my friend, we got tiks 20 mins before Taylor came on, adrenaline kittens! In Miami, Uber dropped folks 2 miles from the stadium and I was so late, official rides had been halted. An officer told me my only option was walking 45 mins. I met Shay, a good Samaritan who offered me a ride. 1000s of Swifties were already in the stadium since 2pm, close to 7:30pm, there were no Swifties in sight, it was pouring and I was in a golf cart with a stranger, negotiating special access with an officer not inclined to let us through the shortest path initially, now speeding towards what appeared to be the stadium, my heart racing if I'll get decent tiks, slightly worried about kidnapping NGL. I didn't think I was gonna buy floor seats but once you reach the temple of Tay against all odds and you have some past Florida memories to snip permanently, you go home or go big!!! Yup, I'm Trazy! Thanks for the ride, shay, never gonna forget your helping me out!

Taylor Swift and Florence and the Machine N3 Miami was one helluva drug I never knew I needed!!! Ever since TTPD was released after I went to NJ N3, I had been dying to see it. I still can't believe, I headed to the venue once again without tickets, once again with a kidnapping adjacent story and managed to get floor seats few rows away in the front section where Taylor performs most of TTPD!!! I'm a huge Florence and the Machine fan! Their camaraderie and mutual respect was so cool to see. Seeing Florence and Taylor perform my favvv Florida in Florida helped heal everything I lost in Florida last year and ready for the next day. NJ N3 I was in row 13, Taylor's fav number and Miami N3 I was in row 7, my fav number. Something about it all felt cosmic love, meant to be! THANKS UNIVERSE!

Miami, thanks for everything on this trip! Built core new memories and washed rotten memories of leaving your doorstep broken last year. I've been obsessed with this Hindi song about letting go - in a few stolen moments at the beach, it felt so befitting to record this clip reflecting on my journey which began in Miami last year.
.
I can't even begin to talk about how much seeing Taylor Swift meant to me, as if she was there as my personal hype gal! So long! I won't be apprehensive to return, I'll be looking forward to it!

This is the part which show cased her genius! First she got the entire stadium to go silent. Then she showed her process of recording loops of her vocals live and layering them with lyrics later, so she becomes her own back up singer. She has used this technique in many of her songs and Finneas is a genius producer of slicing, dicing and duping to create depth, range and reverb only using her vox!

Billie Eilish live felt like I was on another planet!!! The set list includes her mega stadium performance tracks but her softer tracks really caught us by surprise bc the audience was so quiet in the moment absorbing her soaring vocals! She and Finneas are genuinely some of the most talented musicians currently.....My top 5 all time concerts!

@allthingsgo was such a vibe! It's a bummer @chappellroan had to cancel but her mental health is super important, plus we brought her along in spirit! The festival had a sickkkkk line up. It's the most raw, grassroots, indie music energy I've felt in ages, despite the soggy cold weather. Will post vids of the spellbinding @mothercain @julienrbaker and @janellemonae
.
This was such a wholesome moment to cap the night!! Damn the cold and damp weather, we were #HOTTOGO 💥❤️‍🔥

#taylorswiftcover of #yourelosingme 🦋🌻 - here goes nothing!
.
If you've been following my page, you know I'm a big Swiftie! No other artist has influenced me as much. Her songs are deceptively simple but tough to cover esp for an amateur like me bc she packs such dense lyrics which have uncanny meter and emphasis to make them flow or they would sound jarry. You're losing me is one of my favs, a somber tale which foretold events to follow. Looking back, it was the start of the end when she casually released it as a vault track.
.
As I'm an amateur, thanks for any words of encouragement! Lmk if you wanna hear the rest of the song! 🌻🦋

Mooli bhujji - Radish w its Greens - lost recipe of Uttar Pradesh, India. Save this recipe for when you see a beautiful radish bunch!
.
Hello hello insta frens! It's been a while, I've been MIA due to intergalactic travels on my couch, ha! This humble dish prompted me to reconnect! Uttar Pradesh cuisine is truly under represented on social media. When folks think of Indian food, it's mostly Punjabi food. Some know of South Indian food. Rest of our 25+ major cuisine types are lost. The West mostly eats raw radish and its bitter / pungent greens are squandered. In UP cuisine, we make a stir fry, with cooked radish. Some recipe sub radish greens with boiled potatoes, a milder version of this thrilling side dish. Also, cooking with mustard oil is getting lost in the modern world of avocado and olive oil. For some authentic dishes, mustard oil is truly scintillating for its flavor - don't be shy to store a small bottle in your pantry. In this dish Carom Seeds are the star. Can sub or eliminate but it elevates the dish and it's great for digestion. UP cuisine stands out for minimal to no use of tomatoes, garlic and onions. It's the kind of dish you won't find in resto, a great one to cook and relish the beautiful summer radish greens!
.
Recipe: 3-4 tsp mustard oil. Smoke to boiling point, cool down. Splatter 1/2 tsp carom seeds and pinch of cumin seeds (skip carom if unavailable). Saute chopped green chillies and diced radish. Separately boil and squeeze radish greens. Add to sautéed radish once they get charred. Stir, add salt and 1/2 tsp mango powder/ amchur (sub with lemon). Served with roti or rice as a side with daal or other veggies. Joila! 💃
