Came for sub 1:30. Left with 1:38 and a new PR. 🏆

Not the result we came for, but still a result worth celebrating.

A side stitch around mile 8 completely changed the race, but we kept moving and still took almost 10 minutes off the previous half marathon PR.

1:47 → 1:38. 📈

Sub 1:30 will have to wait…
but we’re getting closer. 🎯

5K SUB-20 CLUB 🎉🚀

What better way to break in the @satisfyrunning x @adidasrunning Adios Pro 4 than with a new 5K PR 🤝

Going sub-20 was one of the goals I set when I first started running a few months ago. Back then, I could barely finish a mile without feeling like I was about to pass out 😂

Seeing the progress from simply showing up and stacking those daily miles—slow or fast—feels damn good.

Crazy what our bodies are capable of with a little consistency and dedication.
