If It Makes You Happy 🍂🧡

Someone said perfect fall read? Because this book is the epitome of autumn!

There are some aspects of it that I really, really loved: first of all the found family!!! The Burke family is the sweetest ☕

Reading this book felt like sipping a good cup of coffee or eating a cinnamon roll. Cozy and perfect for this time of the year. 🧡

Hello friends! It's been a long time but I'm so happy to be here today because we talk about one of my favourite books of the year so far!

First of all thank you to @kbmritchie and @valentine_pr_ to have given me the opportunity to read this as an ARC, I'm so grateful. Thankyouthankythankyou 💗

Now, I've been waiting for the Cobalt Empire for years and having now read the first book of the series feels unreal to me. Ben Cobalt has been one of my comfort characters since forever, the one that never feels understood by people.

Ben has a good soul and he really cares about the world and the creatures in it, that has always been one of my favourite traits of him.

We knew Harriet too, even if just a little tiny bit. I pictured her a bit differently but she surprised me in all the best ways. She's kind and smart, determined to have a good life after her past experiences.

I really like the friends to lovers trope, especially if Krista and Becca are writing it. I love seeing how two people start to care deeply about one another and their relationship felt meant to be from the start.

I loved every aspect of the book but my favourite has to be the Cobalt Family. I can't even say how many tears I dropped because of the relationship between all the brothers (and Audrey, of course). Seeing all of them in Ben's POV broke and mended my heart at the same time.

The book takes place in New York and it seems to be a thing for me this year (half of my favs of the year take place in New York).

It was a magical experience for me and I'm so excited for the next books of the series!

my june reads 🦀🏖️🍋💌🐚

Oh hiiii! How is it going? Hope you're having a good summer!!!

Today we talk about the books I've read in the month of june, which was a good month 💌

• problematic summer romance 🦀🪼🪸💗: SO CUTE. I was waiting for Maya and Conor's story and I have to tell you it did not disappoint! I want more of these vibes in her books. ✨

• the friendship fling 🎡⭐💦✨: I liked it but not as much as I wanted to. My fav character is definitely Finn! ✨

• the summers between us 💙🧺🚤🌅: this reminded me so much of every summer after (without the trope that I hate) and it was really good! Wes is THE book boyfriend! ✨

• sounds like love 🦀🪸🌅🎼: Ashley Poston is magical to me. This one is not my fav from her but I definitely enjoyed the story and especially Joni (our main character). The magical realism thing that is going on there was so interesting!! ✨

• mile high ✈️👩🏻‍✈️🐾💙: I finally started this series! Yey! I listened to this book as an audiobook and enjoyed it! (I already read book two too! )✨

• tourist trap 🌅🪼🏖️🪸: okay this and PSR are definitely my fav of the month! This one had the best vibes and I really liked how the story is very linear and drama-less! Miles made me blush half the time! ✨

It's my birthday!!! I've been on vacation these last three days and I had the best time but now I'm backkkk!!! I'm so glad for everyone out there, that takes the time to talk to me just because they want to. Tourist Trap 🪸🦪🧺🪼🏖️🦀💌

Someone said summer vibes?? This book is so cute!

We follow the story between Miles and Claire. Her: the embodiment of sunshine. ☀️ Him: a grumpy with the biggest heart. 💌

I really really liked this book: I loved the vibes, the setting and most importantly the characters. Claire is the kind of character that I wish would be my friend. Miles is my fav between the two of them. He needs a little time to let people know the real him (real, I relate).

I LOVED the fact that there's no third-act breakup and also loved the crumbs about the other two books of the series (Grant I see you, my boy) ☀️

This was my first time reading a Morgan Elizabeth book and I'm not disappointed! 💗💗

Problematic Summer Romance 💚🐚🧺🍋🦪

Oh,hi!! Long time no see, but I've been really busy with exams but here I am now to (hopefully) enjoy my summer!! 🍋🧺🐚💚

Problematic Summer Romance was my first read of june and for now my fav of the month.

I loved Maya so much, she's so bold and funny! And I loved Conor too. He's wants to be 'the bad guy' but in reality he's a softie. 🥹

My favourite thing of it all was the setting! The book takes place in Taormina (Sicily) and it was so atmospheric and also was so easy for me to imagine the places because (the real ones that she talks about in the book) I've visited! 💦🏖️

Releasing 10 💜

First of all: happy Lizzie Young day! 💌

Second of all: this book broke my heart and mended it together again. I understand Lizzie so much better now and I wish her the best! She's so complex and I really feel for her. Her life story made me bawl!! 😭😭

Hughie surprised me so much! I didn't really know much about him before releasing 10 and I felt like discovering one of the best MMC in the world. He's so mature and kind and intelligent. Since he was a kid he's witnessed so many awful things but he always stayed there for the people he cares about. 💜
