This is a great drill for beating bangers!!

- Resetting can actually get you back into offense.
- When someone is playing aggressive at you and winning every point resetting the point actually confuses them, they are expecting hard counters back at them and waiting to counter your ball. If you reset you change the pace of the rally and now you are in control.
- Counter if you have time to get the ball down

Difference between 2 handed vs 1 handed ⬇️

When to use 1 vs 2:
- Use 2 when you have more time and have created enough space. 2 hands will give you more power
- Use 1 when you are crowded and the ball is coming directly at you. 1 hand will keep you balanced and help you not get jammed

I prefer to use 2 hands on the backhand counter! Comment below which you prefer ⤵️
