This song was recorded during the first lockdown. It was the first song we've ever get the chance to produce after several months of isolation. I was also processing a breakup and I wanted to share my idea of a relationship. RGL, stands for "Regalo", meaning "gift" in Spanish. I believe that the best gift we can offer to anyone is the work we do on ourselves, the self-regulation of our emotions and reactions. An abstract approach to mental health.ENIf needed or in a crisis, it is important to seek help. Either a family member, friends, prevention hotlines or professional support. Mental health should also be taken seriously.
