Bologna!

I’m very happy and honored to play with ‘Idris Ackamoor and The Pyramids,’ @idrisackamoor Historic cosmic jazz band from the 1970s.
Idris is a musician of a different era, made of a rare kind of grit and character that’s hard to find these days with an authentic old school mindfulness .
Playing with him has contributed a great deal to my personal and musical approach.
I’m very happy to announce this new tour, which will take me to Italy and England together with him.
Three Italian dates: October 29th at @biko_milano in Milan for @jazzmimilano
October 30th at @locomotivclub in Bologna, and October 31st in Foligno.
From November 1st we’ll fly to Uk 🇬🇧
At the @strutrecords prestigious and famous label.
We’ll play November 6th at the @thejazzcafe in London and November 8th at @bandonthewall in Manchester.
The lineup features the Italian rhythm section —
@gioeledrummer on drums, @lorenzo__gasperoni on percussion,
@riccardodivinci on electric bass
alongside the original American lineup: bandleader Idris Ackamoor on vocals and saxophones, Bobby on guitar, and Sandra on violin, Margaux, who plays flute, unfortunately won’t be joining us on this tour due to other commitments.

I’m truly grateful to be part of this wonderful musical community, and to play with musicians of this caliber, making music of such a high spiritual level.

See you around dancing
Peace ✌🏽

This is the last photo from our tour, and with it, we bid you farewell.
We were in Cividale del Friuli, standing beneath a bridge that we were told is called the "Devil's Bridge."
We don't believe it—do you?

See you soon on the next tour!
