POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Hi friends! I’m Gio 👋

I’ve noticed a lot of new faces here lately, so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

I’m a tattoo artist based in Dallas, TX, with 7+ years of experience. I’m originally from Cuba 🇨🇺, where my love for art started early. My mom used to take me to art classes as a kid😄, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

Fun fact about me: I became a Mechanical Engineer back in university, but my true calling was always art, painting, and creating. Choosing tattooing has allowed me to live that passion every day, and I don’t take that for granted.

Outside the studio, I’m a husband, a proud girl dad, a dog dad, a traveler, reader, nerd 🤓, and a big sushi lover 🍣. I speak both English and Spanish.

This page is all about my tattoo art and the stories it brings to life.
Swipe through to see some of my recent work ➡️

I’ve noticed how much you all love my floral and animal pieces, so I’m excited to focus even more on those this year!

If you’re new here, welcome! I’m really glad you’re here.
Tell me… are you more into florals 🌺or animals 🐅? by @giom_tattoo

Today my heart is so full I don’t even know where to start.
Winning Best Tattoo of the Day at the @star_of_texas is more than an award to me , it’s a reminder of every late night, every doubt, every moment I chose not to give up. I’m standing here overwhelmed with gratitude.

First and always, thank you God for guiding my hands, steadying my mind, and blessing me with this gift. I know none of this is possible without You.
To my wife, you are my everything, my biggest supporter, my best friend, the love of my life, thank you for being there for me and pushing me further everyday, for believing in me.

To my good friend @brady569234 thank you for sitting like an absolute champion, for trusting me with your skin, your pain, and your vision. This award belongs to you too.

To my @singletontattoo family, is such an honor to represent this amazing studio, thank you for always believing in me.

And to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, and watched this journey unfold, this win is for all of us. I’m just getting started. 🖤✨ taken in Austin, Texas by @giom_tattoo

Cover-up for Sam 🖤

Sam came to me wanting to cover up a tattoo he wasn’t happy with anymore. He chose the elements he wanted to incorporate, including the Devil Fruit from One Piece, and gave me the freedom to bring everything together into one cohesive piece.

And this is the result! 🔥

We got it done in one full-day session, and I’m really happy with how it came together. Swipe to see what we covered.

If you’ve been thinking about getting an awesome tattoo, this is your sign! Follow the link in my bio and book a session with me. 🖤

And if you enjoyed the work, leaving a like, dropping a comment, or sharing this post helps me reach more people. Thank you for the support! 🙏

I don’t post a ton of realism on this page, but this one was way too much fun not to share. 🖤
A portrait of Jack Nicholson in The Shining, one of those pieces where every little detail matters. Definitely pushed me outside my usual style, and I loved every second of it.

What’s your favorite horror movie or character? Drop it in the comments. I’m always looking for inspiration for the next one. 👀

My books are currently open. If you’ve got an idea you want to bring to life, hit the link in my bio and let’s make something badass. taken in Singleton Tattoo by @giom_tattoo

A moth in full bloom 🦋🌸
Loved bringing this piece to life. Delicate linework, ornamental details, and that soft stippled texture all coming together into one design.

Want something cool like this? My books are open. DM me your idea and let’s turn it into a piece made specifically for you. 🖤
