Buffalo’s Central Terminal before its abandonment. Officially closing its doors in 1979, the last locomotive to leave the station was the Lake Shore Limited on the 28th of October, at 4:10 AM. Designed by Fellheimer & Wagner for the New York Central Railroad, its 17 story art deco design stands as one of the city’s architectural feats. Instagram is not an appropriate vessel for an in depth investigation of this site. Fortunately images like these and a deep dive will grace a 6 page spread in Illegal Freedom Volume 2, coming soon… by @giorzzo

fun lil powerplant with a very strange vertical design. probably the smallest plant i’ve seen.

island control panel with its switches and such

fun fact, if a structure is tall enough that a plane would crash into it, no matter how abandoned, red flashing lights must remain on no matter what! commonly seen in amusement parks and such

flicked up with @shutternomore

telephones all hanging from the beams next to these turbines it was very strange but kinda cool by @giorzzo

the most insane decayed relic i’ve ever seen… truthfully the more and more i explored this spot i just kept finding crazier and crazier stuff. hidden in the mud, covered by dirt and decay, lay a antique tool of history. with mushrooms growing out its barrel and stock, this rifle remains in one piece. i don’t know exactly what kind it is lol, but it’s for sure old. the super nasty riot gear i had to commit to for the flic damn was it worth it. #urbex #decay #metro2033 #abandoned #urbanexploring by @giorzzo

Cleaning out this abandoned morgue was quite a task; from being around the mold, and soppy fallen ceiling tiles. the clip shown is just the last 1/8 of the video LOL, we stayed probably 2 hours throwing out trash, wiping down surfaces, setting up nice displays, etc.. thank god we found gloves !! big thank you to @herbando_exploring and @jyrb for helping out ! by @giorzzo
