Today, September 24, we stand with the families of Mac Parkman and Ray Lewis III in recognition of Parkman-Lewis Day.

Their lives and legacies are helping bring greater awareness to concussions, repetitive head impacts, CTE, mental health, and the importance of protecting athletes at every level of competition.

We honor Mac and Ray by helping carry their message forward through education, awareness, research, and stronger safety practices that can help protect future generations of athletes.

We remember their lives. We support their families. And we join them in advocating for a safer tomorrow.

I cannot express with enough words or maybe even the right words what last night meant for me. I had absolutely no idea what my mother was up to, and as always, she outdid herself! I don’t know if there is video for any of the other speeches that people gave, but if anyone has them, please text them to me so that I can post! Thank you to everyone that came out to support myself and my first cousins on last night as my mother honored us for our many accomplishments. Those accomplishments varied between the three of us, but they were accomplishments nonetheless!! To God be the glory! On to the next! by @girlembraceit

It comes as no surprise that my baby sister chose the path of homeownership. Not because a house validates who she is or defines her success, but because it reflects the maturity, determination, and vision she has always carried within her.

This is about more than buying a home. It’s about building a legacy, creating opportunities, breaking generational barriers, and showing her children—and everyone watching—that anything is possible when you commit yourself to growth and purpose.

She is living proof that advancement has no limits. The greatest obstacle to success is often not ability, but belief. She has already accomplished so much in her life, and this is just one of many milestones she has reached, with so many more yet to come.

I am incredibly grateful that God has positioned her to soar, and my prayer is that she continues to seek Him first, remembering that every blessing, every opportunity, and every victory comes from Him and He is worthy of praise.

@unapologetically_ms.whit , what makes this home special isn’t its size. It isn’t its location. What makes it special is that you chose this space to build your life, create memories, and call it home.

Congratulations on finding, building, and making your place a home. This is more than a house—it’s the beginning of another beautiful chapter, and I can’t wait to watch you flourish in it. ❤️

I began my educational journey in 1998. Through the years, I earned 5 degrees. Life got in the way of me attending my commencement services for the first 4 (Associates, Bachelors, 2 Masters).

THIS TIME, Masters #3, God made a way!

I don’t find it a coincidence that the University I was able to attend the ceremony at is a Christian University where from the beginning to the end of the degree program and commencement service, God was honored and glorified!

Sitting here counting my blessings and giving God glory! My son @__dwight.levy had class and couldn’t make it, but best believe we talked that day and he let me know in his way that he was proud!

When life makes you feel like giving up, know that in those moments, it’s not a sign to give up, it’s a call to press on!
