I’m happy with the end result of this abstract project. I wanted to create something light and a also playful so I added collage elements to my original technique.
What do we think? Did I succeeded?🤔

It’s so hard to actually feel the painting and it’s mood from the photos, but maybe this will help 🙃🤞

Working on the new project and most delicate part of my abstract painting making process is to not mess it up those delicate textured details at this stage. 😅

This time I was jet again playing around with something a bit different. The textures are the same - delicate and beautiful, but the composition is completely different from my usual work.

“Welcome to the dark side” feels like this painting title. What do we think? 🤔

Did I made a huge mistake?! 😅 Remember this abstract pink painting? At least it was pink till now. I decided to add a bit of yellow transparent layer to it and honestly I don’t know if I ruined it or not.

What do you think: better or worse? 🤔

The newest painting details after applying colour layer to highlight those delicate patterns. After drying they look even better, the patterns almost look like a lace!

I finally finished this abstract textured painting. This time I wanted to create something playful and fun as life is already too serious enough. I played around with my technique and collage ( for that I used the leftover pieces of dried paint splattered around the studio from previous projects). I think that I will try this experiment again very soon as I love how it turned out. 🙃

What do you lovelies think? 🤔

A little glimpse into life outside my studio 🌿

When I’m not creating, you’ll often find me in the garden, getting my hands in the soil and growing my own garlic, tomatoes, peppers and whatever else the season brings. There’s something so satisfying about watching tiny seeds turn into something you can actually harvest and enjoy. 🍅🌶️🧄

I also love wandering through the forest, especially when mushroom season arrives. 🍄🌲 Mushrooming is a wonderful excuse to slow down, explore, notice the little things around me and simply enjoy being outdoors.

Growing, gathering, walking and being close to nature are a big part of what keeps me inspired - and I think a little bit of that always finds its way back into my creative work. 🤍✨ taken in Riga, Latvia by @gitasprince
