This really happened to me just less than an HOUR before the wedding ceremony. 🥂😭

I can laugh about it now, but watching this video still hurts a little because I remember exactly how stressed I was in that moment.

What was supposed to be a cute champagne moment with my girls went completely wrong ; the bottle popped, came straight back at me, and within seconds I was absolutely soaked in champagne. Hair, makeup, everything. And somehow the entire disaster was captured from about six different cameras. 😂

At that point, with the first look about to happen and the ceremony less than an hour away, I genuinely had no idea how I was going to be ready.

And then my sweet Emma 🤍 My makeup artist was already on her way home, almost an hour away, and she turned around and came all the way back to rescue me. She redid my hair and makeup and somehow had me looking like nothing had ever happened by the time the ceremony started.

In the moment, it definitely wasn’t funny. Now, it’s one of those wedding stories we’ll probably tell forever. 🥹🥂

There’s something incredibly special about the moments before the “I do.”
A room filled with emotions, music playing in the background, spontaneous toasts, laughter, and those looks that say everything without a single word.

The bride is getting ready, but in a way, so is a whole little world around her — made of friends, sisters, family, and the people she loves most. Hands fixing the veil, hugs arriving at just the right moment, happy tears and smiles that simply can’t be held back.

Because the magic doesn’t begin when the bride walks down the aisle.
It begins much earlier: in front of a mirror, surrounded by the people who have been part of her story.

And maybe that’s the most beautiful part: feeling beautiful not only because of how you look, but because of all the love surrounding you.
