Days at the Ashram: a piece of India in Brazil ❀

Sattvic Ayuverdic diet, beautiful friendships, nature, shared knowledge, and transformation ༄˖°.

My life during these 15 days at YogaLife Ashram Brasil was completely different of everything I have ever experienced before. Thanks to the kindness of Guru Ji and through the support of my yogic friends, I was able to complete this intense journey. Everyone from the Ashram is in my heart and one day my physical heart will go back to the physical Ashram too ‪‪❤︎‬ by @giuliayogaflex

My graduation! I spent 200 hours in a residential yoga program at YogaLife Ashram Brazil, with the guidance of the wise Dr Radheshyam Mishra, Guru Ji @guruji.yogalife ॐ

I learned about the philosophy of yoga, kriyas, meditation, asanas, physiology, and yogic nutrition from great masters. My studies on all of these will continue indefinitely. Yoga is infinite knowledge!

This experience has been incredible and transformative. It really nurtured my body, mind, and spirit. I’ll forever treasure every one that I’ve met while I was at the Ashram. Thank you all ♡ by @giuliayogaflex
