Here’s my yearly post: 2024, lots of ups and downs, some terrible mistakes and some great growth. Ultimately it’s made me into the person I am today. I focus on my days and I try my best to be better than yesterday. Life is not easy but I’ve grown to love and appreciate it. I’ve found a great love for nature and have learned a lot about it. I’ve found a home and I’ve learned to live to be on my own. But the thing I want to work on is to stop over thinking, pray, and leave it to god. by @gla.1999

The final results to 2023. I’m super proud of the consistency. A couple of rough months, a couple of good months but ultimately got to a great spot mentally and physically. Here’s to 2024, hoping I can beat what I did. by @gla.1999

I’ve been scared to post this. A lot happens in a year. I’ve struggled with my anxiety and I’ve found myself in very low points of my life. I put in my head when I feel like crap I’m going to do something good. That something good is the gym, I’m forever thankful. I’d love to see where I can be a year from now. by @gla.1999
