THIS is Goddess Revolution.💖✨ A room full of goddesses taking up space, hyping each other up, moving their bodies and letting their inner goddess OUT. 👠🔥

No judgement. No holding back. Just sisterhood, confidence, movement and a whole lot of Goddess energy. 🥹💞

Still not over this day, and the fact that this was our very first Goddess Revolution retreat in Sweden makes it even more special. ✨

Let’s create a revolution, one goddess at a time. 💞

TRAVELLING WITH MINI ME 🤍🥹🐬🇪🇸🇮🇹
Here’s a little message to all the parents out there.

Motherhood has been HARD. Pregnancy, birth, postpartum… there were so many moments when I wondered if I could do this and asked myself, “How does everyone else manage?”

But now I finally feel like I’ve come out the other side. I feel happy, whole and incredibly grateful.

I’ve realized that I thrive in warmer places. Sun, sea and warmth just change something in me. And I see the same in my little girl. She’s calmer, happier and just so content around water, other kids and families. Maybe it’s coincidence, maybe not. 🌊☀️

I got lost for a while, in myself, in motherhood and in our new little family. But I found my way home again. ❤️

So if you’re a new mom, or simply feel like you’ve lost a piece of yourself, remember that you can always find your way back. Give it time. Be kind to yourself. Sometimes a little change of scenery can change everything.

And thank you @lenitavalencialopez for convincing me to book those Spain tickets. I truly felt at home there and I’ll definitely be back. 🇪🇸🤍 taken in Estepona, Málaga - España by @glaaareee

TUSCANY 🇮🇹 you have my whole heart 💓 This is a wedding we’ll talk about when we’re old. A wedding that will stay with me forever. Amanda was absolutely beautiful, and the love these two share is just… wow. 🥹

I felt so many beautiful emotions over these days and cried like a baby when I saw @amvfranzen walk down the aisle. Forever grateful for these beautiful days, the love, the laughter, and the memories we’ll carry with us forever. 🤍 taken in Villa Parisi by @glaaareee
