Contrast training is about teaching your body to produce force—FAST. Pair an explosive movement like a box jump with a heavy strength movement like a squat. You fire up the nervous system with speed, then immediately challenge it with load. More power. More force. Better athletic performance. Train explosive, then train heavy. #GladePro #GodisGreat #blessed #personaltrainer #aclrecovery by @gladepro
