We are still on Cloud 9 from the 2026 Glamping Show Americas, and once you watch this video, you’ll see why.

What a show!! More than 1,770 industry professionals, 100+ full-scale, walk-through structures and 20+ conference sessions brought the global outdoor hospitality community together in Aurora, Colorado.

But the best part? Hearing what it all meant to the people who were there.

🤝 Attendees found the information they needed to move forward with their projects.
🤝 Buyers explored innovative structures, shared feedback and discovered new possibilities.
🤝 Exhibitors made connections that turn into real business—year after year.

The favorite line came from operator Carrie Burkett of Whitehall Wilds Hideaway: “It’s like drinking from a fire hose, but it’s been really good."

And through it all, one thing stood out: this industry is full of creative ideas, generous people and a willingness to share knowledge that helps everyone grow.

Glamping Show Americas 2026 was a great opportunity to step outside the traditional hospitality space and connect with a growing community of operators, developers, and industry partners. 🏕️

Throughout the show, we had some great conversations about the challenges businesses face as they grow, from managing operations and guest experiences to finding the right solutions to support their financial side.

It was especially valuable to hear directly from operators about what they are building, where they are headed, and what they need to keep moving forward.

For Clearview, being at events like this is about more than simply showing up. It’s about listening, building relationships, understanding the industry, and finding new ways to support the businesses behind it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, connected with our team, and took the time to have a conversation with us. We’re excited to continue building these relationships and being part of the growth of outdoor hospitality.

We took a risk—and it paid off!

With the support of some of the most respected experts in the glamping industry, the AGA tried something new at the @glampingshowusa

For the first time, we debuted the AGA Pre-Show Workshops. Designed to be interactive, practical, and rooted in the real-world challenges of building and operating outdoor hospitality businesses. And the response was incredible!

There is something completely different about experiencing a space in person.

At Glamping Show Americas, I had the chance to step inside so many different units, each with its own approach to design, materials, comfort, and connection to the outdoors. I kept noticing the details, but I was also thinking beyond the unit itself. Where does it sit on the land? What does it look toward? How do you arrive? Where do you find privacy? What makes the experience feel special?

That is what continues to draw me to this work. A beautiful structure is a starting point, but the real opportunity is in how architecture, landscape, sustainability, and hospitality come together to create a sense of place.

I left the show inspired by what I saw, excited by the people I met, and thinking about all the possibilities for what these spaces can become.🏕️

Shoutout to our friend Doug with @highland_cottages for this beautiful structure he brought out to the @glampingshowusa …I hosted Doug up in the Adirondacks to check out our former golf course development on 330 acres with private lake and half mile of river frontage @cedarriverecoresort and it was a pleasure getting to know him. He is a standup guy and as a fellow builder/construction manager @weaver_brothers_contracting I can tell you that he runs a crew of very talented builders. I’ve stayed in 100+ Airbnbs, lived in 15 countries, and spent a huge part of my life traveling.

What has always stuck with me is the way certain places can completely change how you feel.

The energy of a space matters. Architecture matters. Nature matters. Light, water, sound, privacy, the view — all of it can shift your state of mind. It can slow you down, pull you out of your normal routine, and reconnect you with something more instinctive.

Humans are wired to connect with nature, and I love the idea of intentionally designing spaces that create that feeling for people.

That’s what draws me to glamping and unique hospitality.

But I also know this business isn’t just about building something beautiful and hoping people show up.

I spent 10 years playing high-stakes poker, where every decision was about risk, probability, expected value, and making good decisions with incomplete information.

Glamping has a lot of that same DNA.

Land, infrastructure, development costs, demand, pricing, logistics, operations — there are a hundred variables, and if you don’t understand the math and the risk, a beautiful project can become a very expensive mistake.

That combination is exactly why this space feels like such a natural fit for me.

I understand hospitality. I understand STRs. I understand risk. I understand the math.

And more than anything, I love creating places that make people feel something.
