Another transformation shot!⠀
⠀
Our outdoor space was the most complex and challenging part of the development. A huge undertaking, as it was unaccessible, and the rear of the property was in such a bad state of repair that several people advised we demolish and rebuild! ⠀
⠀
Private and peaceful, with direct access from The Engine Room, Workshop and Outhouse, this striking garden is nestled alongside a beautiful stretch of the Forth & Clyde canal.⠀
⠀
Trees and planting still to come but we couldn’t be happier with the results! ⠀

What a great venue @glasgowengineworks has with so many little spots that can make anyone look amazing. Plus the team were top notch. Looking forward to another wedding there. by @glasgowengineworks

On behalf of my husband and I, thank you so much to everyone who joined us for our special day ❤️

We had the most incredible day celebrating with all our favourite people and we’re so grateful to everyone who made it so special. We’ll cherish these memories forever and couldn’t have asked for a better way to start this next chapter together.

A huge thank you to all our incredible suppliers who helped bring our day together and absolutely smashed it. We’re so grateful for all the hard work, time and effort that went into making everything so special for us.

The Kennedys 🤍✨

Haesel + Kyle (and Popcorn!) It was so great to be back at @glasgowengineworks for this one. 🪩

A proper big party, with electric pinks and vibrant oranges popping out against the venue’s industrial walls.

Away from the mayhem, H+K escaped to share some private vows before being joined by Mr Popcorn for some family portraits. 🌸🧡

A very lovely day all round.

Beth & Liam 🪩♣️🤍

I’m so glad I got to capture this day for Beth and Liam yesterday. Beth was clear in what she wanted for her teaser, camcorder + documentary style, nostalgic feel with an abundance of fun vibes, so we done just that!🤳🥂

Memories made, moments captured.

What a seriously talented lady @harperscottphoto by @glasgowengineworks

@elained52 and @ryden__s got married at my favourite Glasgow venue @glasgowengineworks

They wanted their wedding photos to be a reflection of their day and all their favourite things - fun, not too serious, with some cute moments of them being them together as a couple.

And I think we absolutely nailed the brief!!! ❤️

Personality ✅
Scalextrics, make-your-own Lego figures, a sweetie bar AND a tea-making station… what more could you want?! 🥹

A wedding that was completely them and so much fun to photograph.

What. A. DAY. 🤍🔥

@caitlinkinlochx & @_craigkinloch … where do I even start?!

From the moment I walked through the doors, you could tell this was going to be some wedding and you absolutely did not disappoint! 😂

The morning girls were already bringing the energy, the ceremony was beautiful, funny and heartfelt thanks to Clare, and then it was basically GAME ON! 🕺💃

And @wearetartan … 😮‍💨🔥
Honestly, out of this world.

Then there was the absolute genius that is @euanlawrence . Mate… 🤯
The tunes. The timing. The energy. Dropping the right song at exactly the right moment all night long. It was genuinely a nonstop party, and what a laugh everyone had!

Every single person was up for it, the weather played ball, and I was absolutely buzzing to be back at The Engine Works what a venue!

It was also brilliant working alongside @paperringscollective and getting to see them capturing all the madness from a content creator’s perspective. 📸🎥

And then I get a message from Caitlin…

“Oh John, they are absolutely amazing…” 🥹❤️

That’s exactly why I love what I do.

Caitlin & Craig, thank you for letting me be part of it. You two, your families and your friends were an absolute joy from start to finish.

What. A. Wedding. ❤️
