Puerto Natales is the small town where we stayed during our time in the southern Chile’s Patagonia. The day we arrived had been the coldest in 6 years, reaching a minimum of 18.8 C. It was a problem for the locals because in many many places the pipelines were completely frozen, so, for example, the hotel we had booked cancelled us because they didn’t have any water. The same happened with bars, restaurants, museums, etc. Then the weather started to be a little less cold and living became easier and that helped us a lot for our following expeditions. 🥾❄️

Pucón is a magical small town in the south of Chile, with a majestic view of the most active volcano in South America 🌋 . It was very rainy so it had a chill vibe 😎🌧 If you’re planning on doing nature tours we highly recommend you not to come during the winter like us hahaha. It is not super cold but doing trekking with rain is not the best. Also you can only go to the top of the volcanoes during the not raining season, which starts around the end of October… Anyways, the city was beautiful! 🤩

Bariloche was a magical city, we met so many amazing people and places, it is an incredible place to visit in the winter, with views that will blow your mind. Parque das Aves 📍

We stayed for 10 days in Foz do Iguaçu, a small city in Brazil famous by the Falls of Iguaçu, one of the natural wonders of the world. Being there we saw that one of their famous things to do was the Parque das Aves, a beautiful place founded by a german-brazilian couple who started rescuing birds that were injured or sold in the black market and couldn’t be left to live in the wild and had to live in captivity. The park is totally worth visiting, it is an amazing experience to be surrounded by so many birds, especially by araras 😍😍😍

Buenos Aires, a city that completely blew our minds by its beauty. We knew it was beautiful but seeing it in the autumn with all its impressive reddish and orange trees, full all leaves on the streets, was an amazing experience. Everywhere you go you’ll find unique restaurants, bars and stores. We really loved Buenos Aires, it is definitely a destination for city lovers!
