Konference nejsou jen o přednáškách. 🏛️

🇬🇧 English caption
1. “What doesn’t get done by Christmas, won’t get done.” 🎄
This is something my teacher used to say to us.
And the older I get, the more I understand how true it is.
2. The school year is starting, autumn is just at the corner, and for many of us that means one thing:
the race against time begins.
Jobs, deadlines, orders, work that has to be finished before the end of the year…
3. And this is exactly when we forget one important thing: we are not machines.
4. Rest is not the opposite of work.
It is part of it.
Just like we prepare our tools, materials and everything we need for the job, we need to prepare our own energy too.
5. So when the autumn work rush begins, let’s remember that rest isn’t a reward.
It’s FUEL for getting everything done.
And remember: in this case,
E = mc² doesn’t apply.
(energy = milk & coffee) ☕😂
6. And if you still feel the need to plan everything, like me… 😄
make yourself a TO-DO LIST FOR RESTING.
Here’s mine:
☐ listen to a music with closed eyes
☐ go for a walk in nature with partner/friend and say absolutely nothing for a while 😅
☐ read a story to the kids and then talk about it
Because the autumn season will be busy.
So let’s make sure we have enough energy for it. ❤️ by @glazed.heritage

O to větší radost mám pokaždé, když dostanu možnost něco z procesu ukázat. ❤️

🇬🇧 I love my job! ❤️ Unfortunately, I can usually share only about 10% of my work – either because of copyright or because I’ve promised to keep things confidential. So whenever I get the chance to show you something from the process, I’m really happy!

Pak přijde další zakázka… a jedeme znovu. 🔥

Takový je někdy život kamnářky 💃

PS: @beautyguruno1 budu potřebovat pořádnou skincare😅

🇬🇧 When someone says they work hard, this is exactly what comes to my mind.

Dust in my hair. Soot in places I never expected. 👙 Hands as black as coal. The next day I'm sore all over—today even muscles I didn't know existed are hurting.

For about five minutes, I start thinking retirement doesn't sound like such a bad idea after all.😅

Then the next project comes... and here we go again. 🔥

That's just part of life as a stove maker. 💃
