feeling like I’m living the chaos of grief all over again.. cyclical is what it’s been, but I’m braving all the big emotions this time of year tends to send me through

been contemplating many many many things from relationships, to career, to artistic pursuits/passions, my own health, the environment, mortality, you name it

it’s a thoughtful season. but I aim for every season to be just that

getting back in to sharing myself my way in this space and welcoming in those who want to think, discuss, feel, see, and move through this world as compassionate humans

wondering about your path and if the choices you make are right, especially when I’m tired.. not the right time but good to assess every now and again

I wasn’t crying it’s just blurry. I was really cute that night ..I’ll put it in my story

i’m trying things on in life, like all of life, not just clothes..

this 30 yo body is a doozy but my skin has been glowing in year 30 forreal though and i cannot get enough of wearing this bare face everywhere right now

thrift store finds you can’t afford til the next paycheck hits yet you’ve again formed relationships so true that love yields the help you need to secure an item that tickles your childhood and adulthood dreams, and just when you can’t believe your fortune the cashier secretly discounts it for you cause they see what this purchase means, what this fit means, what my soul needs. that day that moment was really incredible for so many reasons and no exaggeration that was the first good day I had in the week it happened

when you’re between therapists bobs burgers really does rotate heavy, so does Rick + morty, no?… just me?

taking a lot of walks. it good.

there’s something about me with cornrows that feels chemical and correct, I think i let myself be something additional with them that I can’t reach otherwise.. and that’s neat to observe and live

I’ve watched Rye Lane almost as much as I’ve seen Cocaine Bear (i.e. many times) and I am just so tickled and inspired by how sweet it is, how earthly, yet still granting viewers something special

to think that now at this moment I have the most love in my life I hever had … and I could still have more, the potential for more is thrilling even while being satisfied with what is already here

life toys with us all but I am held steadfast by others, by those who choose to care for me + my madness as well as my brilliance. If there is not room for it all then there is no room for me. If there is no room for all of you then there is no room for you there, go where space is made for you, go where you aren’t just wanted but where you also want to be. An invitation is not an obligation.

a long float to get back to center + center me it did - hours in the water yaaaass water
la llorona claimed my Shrek and “yeehaw” giblets from my crocs, really it was quicksand and I’m luck to have my crocs at all- I was carrying all my stress in those giblets I guess

gonna miss these last braids so much more than I knew, I love very color set but this one was born out of chaos, molded by it + it stole my heart after coming down from the initial stress of how it all came together

roughly 8weeks of power wash emotions, shedding grief, stress, exhaustion, bad habits + veils, to come forth from retreat with the destined energy, mindfulness, and commitment to the calling for the new year (yes for me 2027 had to start now/todee)… each year in this season of my life, has prompted a whirlwind of evolution at a different point each year- all aligned with a calling for the upcoming year starting right then at the assigned point, never a mistake + leading to required growth and unleashing that feeds the enlightenment of the next growth point and level of being… this one the hardest one yet but I have feeling it won’t actually be the most difficult in retrospect (got 6 more in the chamber). I’ve learned to embrace them as scary as the emotional feels at the beginning by the end, always im reminded of the previous year’s “moment of change” …grateful always for the growth, the cosmic alignment of my heart’s desires for my own spirit and happiness with the higher power(s) that be

today was the day the energy came back and that’s no coincidence

if you are seeking growth, you will not fear the season of trials before you attain it, you will greet it with attention, grace, and patience
