Same guy. Same effort. VERY different results! 💪

Take a look at these two pictures. The one on the left is from 2024. At that point, I had already been hitting the gym consistently for OVER TWO YEARS. I was putting in the work, but I wasn’t seeing the results I thought I should.

Then I discovered @gameday_harrisburg_pa .

After getting my free blood screening, I discovered I had low testosterone for a guy my age. Working with their team, I started a personalized program that included TRT, peptides, and GLP-1 treatment.

Fast forward two years. That’s me TODAY on the right!

Here’s what I want to emphasize: I’m putting in the SAME amount of effort at the gym. The big difference for me has been getting my hormones in balance and having a team that understands men’s health.

I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, and even more excited about how I feel!

As Gameday Harrisburg celebrates TWO YEARS of helping guys take charge of their health, I’m proud to share my own experience and be part of their team.

Guys, if you’re putting in the work but not getting the results you want, maybe it’s time to find out what’s going on under the hood!

Happy Anniversary, Gameday Men’s Health Harrisburg! Thanks for helping me become a better version of myself! 💪

Always a better workout when you’ve got someone pushing you! 💪 Great session with my brother, @metamatt625 at @pa_iron_gym in Mechanicsburg. Good conversation, a lot of laughs, and some hard work. Working out is always better with a friend! 👊

“I’ve been to the edge…and there I stood and looked down” - Van Halen

18 stories. One incredible experience. And a cause worth going OVER THE EDGE for! 🧗‍♂️

Today I had the privilege of rappelling 18 stories to support @bbbssouthcentralpa !

What a rush! A little nerve-racking, a lot of adrenaline, and an experience I won’t soon forget.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated, encouraged me, and helped make this possible. Most importantly, thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters for the life-changing work you do for young people in our community.

Sometimes stepping outside your comfort zone can make a real difference. Today was proof of that! ❤️

It’s not too late to donate to my team! Link in bio 🙏🏻

Tom Russell says I won’t do it. 😏

We’ve both been invited to go OVER THE EDGE for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central PA on October 9th!

Here’s the deal: If I raise more money than Tom, I’M GOING OVER THE EDGE! 😳🧗‍♂️ Repelling 18 Stories down the Mid Penn Bank Building on 2nd St. 😬

So help me prove him wrong AND support an incredible cause. Donate to my page, Tom’s page, or better yet… BOTH!

Thanks to @mike_mcgow and the Buffalos for inviting me to host the Moore Pavilion Stage at the 43rd @littlebuffalofestival. So much talent from @empoweredmusicpa, @thewildhymns, @stevenleecourtney, the Steve Rudolph Quartet, & @gentsandliars! And we could not have ordered better weather.
