This #BlackHistoryMonth, we celebrate Canadian Olympic champion Glenroy Gilbert — a cornerstone of Canada’s golden era of sprinting. From Olympic relay gold in Atlanta 1996 to World Championship titles in 1995 and 1997, he helped set the standard for excellence on the global stage. Today, as a coach and mentor, he continues to pass the baton — inspiring the next generation of Canadian athletes to carry the legacy forward.
