✨ Friendly Booking Reminder ✨

To help keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone, here are a few reminders about our booking policies:

🤍 Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

🤍 Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited, as the appointment time is very difficult to fill on short notice.

🤍 Create Your Client Account: If you haven’t already, please set up your client account as soon as possible. Your account allows you to:
• Book future appointments
• Reschedule eligible appointments
• Cancel eligible appointments
• Manage your bookings online at your convenience

Beginning in March, your client account will be the easiest way to manage your appointments, so I highly recommend setting it up in advance.

24 hours with me 🤍 Busy, full, and still getting shit done.

I’m in a season where I’ve had to step back from friends, social media, and anything taking more time and energy than I had to give.

Not because I don’t love my people, but because sometimes growth requires you to get quiet, lock in, and prioritize yourself.

Between work, school, my business, and life, I realized whatever free time I had needed to go toward rest and resetting.

There are seasons for being outside and seasons where you put your head down and build. So if you’ve had to distance yourself a little, don’t feel bad about it. Protect your energy, rest when you need to, and keep showing up for the life you’re trying to create.

It won’t always be this busy, but for right now… we’re getting shit done. 🤍
