One thing we will always say is: you don’t need to wait until life is perfectly organised to start building something for yourself.

GLM wasn’t built because we had loads of spare time or everything figured out.

We built our careers alongside real life.

One of us was building a client base and growing a business whilst raising a young child, while the other was lashing and building her career alongside studying at university.

We both had completely different responsibilities, but the same goal to create something of our own.

And over the years, that determination has grown into GLM Lashes Academy Ltd, our salon, our client base and an accredited academy where we now get to teach other women the skills that started everything for us.

That’s why our Masterclasses are about so much more than learning how to apply lashes.
