When I’m on holiday I like to keep my routine simple but focused on protecting my skin, preventing breakouts and keeping my skin barrier happy

Azelaic Acid
Helps calm redness, reduce inflammation and keep breakouts under control. especially useful for my acne prone skin

Bioderma SPF 30
An absolute non-negotiable. gives me daily UV protection whilst being acne-friendly. Protecting my skin without clogging my pores

Asetura Barrier Repair
Helps support and strengthen my skin barrier, keeping my skin hydrated and less irritated which is super important in the sun

Cicaplast Balm
I use this just on any red, sore or irritated areas to soothe and protect them while my skin settles. Having lupus I sometimes get flares and this is a life saver product for me

Hypochlorous Antibacterial Spray
Perfect for keeping my skin feeling fresh and clean throughout the day especially in the heat where sweat sunscreen and bacteria can build up

My morning tip✨
I don’t like to cleanse my face in the morning. I like to leave the natural oils my skin produces overnight in place rather than stripping them away. I’ll usually just refresh my skin, apply my products and finish with SPF
