We switched on this @vaillant.uk heat pump 40 days ago (in which time we've had two sub zero cold snaps❄️) and we're really impressed with the results👌

For every 1kw of electricity⚡️consumed, we are generating 5.4kw of heat ♨️ that's a SCOP of 5.4, or in other words - an efficiency of 540% !

To put that into context, that makes this heat pump 25% cheaper to run than a gas boiler, for the same level of warmth, at the coldest time of year 😁

Vaillant air source heat pump, now operational at our Fareham project. Running incredibly efficiently and quietly. More to come on exactly how well this heat pump has been running and the finished plant room.

Hot water cylinder upgrade and relocation. As a young family of 4, our customer had a number of wants and needs. We listened carefully and ticked them all off 🔧 😁

✅ Improve hot water flow and pressure
✅ Stop running out of hot water
✅ Free up storage space in airing cupboard

We specified and installed a @joule_group high gain cylinder and relocated everything to the new location in the loft space.

Specifying a high gain cylinder with a huge surface area coil reduced the hot water recovery to a mere 14 mins from cold. No more running out of hot water. It works great with their current gas boiler, and as a bonus, it's compatible with a heat pump for when that time comes... Another box ticked 👍

✅ Future proofed to work with a heat pump

It's been a busy few months! Over half of our week is packed with boiler servicing and although we service all makes, the majority of our customers have @vaillant.uk boilers.

The @vaillant.uk boiler being serviced in this video is 17 years old and had no faults! What's even more impressive are the 4 Vaillant boilers we serviced in the last few weeks which were all approaching their 25th birthday! 😲💪

Merry Christmas to all 🎄⛄🎅
Here's to a healthy and prosperous 2025! 🍻🔧

A new heating system for a top customer at the beginning of the summer 🌞

We installed @kartelluk radiators for this heating system, which we designed to work at a low flow temperature. This maximises energy efficiency of the new @vaillant.uk boiler and futureproofs the system for future low temp technologies - like a heat pump 💯👊
Vaillants weather compensating controls automatically adjust the boilers flow temp as the outdoor temp changes. This enables the boiler to trickle just enough heat into the property to maintain a comfortable home, while savings oodles of energy 🌿
