Activities at home don't have to take hours of prep or be rigid in the outcome...I'm a firm believe in children's art shouldn't all look identical!

The best crafts are the 'just go for it' ones and they loooove the freedom. School can do the structure, I want them to believe they can be an artist!

I literally printed some animal pictures, got some sequins, glue and paper and let them go...

AND THIS LASTED AN HOUR!

Getting our boy to focus for an hour is a massive win for me ❤️

✨️ Communication - the conversations between them with where things were going and what they were sticking
✨️ Maths - positional language 'my horse is going next/above/on top of to my pig'

Most importantly- having fun and being expressive!
