The most skilled physios have plenty of real world experience but they also stay open minded to continually learn, develop their skills, and abandon obsolete treatment techniques as the profession evolves over time.

I’m fresh out of uni, so any educational content that goes up here will come from experts, evidence and guidelines which I trust to take on board in my work and apply to challenging pain and disability cases.

The rest of it will probably be fun training vids with my people 💪 by @glorified.pt

Howdy Team! Kingaling Kai here.

I’ve been one of Boom’s trainers for almost 6 years now (and more recently Boom Physio) ever since the boys picked me up off the streets and took me under their wing at the age of 17 👶🏼

I moved down to Perth to become a physio and now get to live it up in a place I love, surrounded by you legends and this incredible little community.

Outside of work and training, you’ll find me at the sauna, the beach, or dabbling in 🏄🏼‍♂️🧗‍♂️⛰️🏕️🏊‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️ by @glorified.pt
