For my Uncle Bubby. 🩵 No matter where I was or what I was doing, every time he saw me, I could count on hearing, “What you doing, girl?” in that one-of-a-kind way only he could say it. A voice and a memory I’ll cherish forever. His love for hunting, fishing, and farming was such a huge part of who he was, and I wanted these flowers to reflect the things he loved most. 🤎 This arrangement holds 74 roses to represent his 74 years of life and 5 sunflowers to represent him and his siblings. Every little detail was chosen with love to honor the life he lived and the things that meant the most to him. Today, we say our final goodbyes, and it’s never easy. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we lay our Uncle Bubby to rest. by @glorygoodsky

Glory Goods will remain CLOSED until Monday! 🤍 I’m going to be honest. I’m extremely disappointed in the disrespectful messages, voicemails, emails, and even threats I received while on vacation. For those who don’t realize it, Glory Goods is pretty much a ONE-PERSON show! I answer phones, take orders, design flowers, handle weddings, deliveries, and everything in between. Yes, I have a delivery driver, but she’s been on maternity leave, and my mom isn’t able to help with deliveries. So I’ve been doing those, too! And when I DO have help designing, some are quick to tell me they can tell it’s not my work. So I’m expected to do everything myself AND be everywhere at once? Sincerely, I shouldn’t have to explain myself. But after this week, I do. I haven’t taken a real vacation in YEARS. I finally took a few days off to be with family and friends after announcing we’d be closed. Instead of enjoying it, I dealt with hateful messages because I took time off. Moving forward, NO orders will be accepted through my personal phone. NO EXCEPTIONS! If I have NOT confirmed your order, DO NOT assume it’s placed! A text or voicemail is not confirmation. Follow up the SAME DAY during business hours, not the day your flowers are supposed to arrive. It’s Monday, which means a fresh start to another jam-packed week! 🤍 We’re heading right back into another 6-wedding weekend, and from here on out, we have weddings every single weekend until Christmas! To say we’re grateful is an understatement. Thank you to every bride and couple who trusts Glory Goods to be a part of such a special day. 8:30 PM and we just loaded up load #4 for the day! 😅💪🏼 I’ve been on the road since 5:30 this morning delivering, and now we’re loaded up again! Bright and early tomorrow morning, I’m headed to Grant County to Williamstown Independent FFA then it’s back to the shop to finish up a Monday evening wedding. 🤍💐 And if you ever wonder why we charge a delivery fee, just remember — we don’t just go right up the road! We cover some MILES around here. Snow White has definitely put on her fair share today, and the fuel bill from today alone is enough to make you want to throw up! 🤢😂 But I can finally see the downhill slope on these large fundraiser mum orders! 🙌🏼 Thank you to every school, FFA chapter, customer, friend, and family member who has kept us rolling. We truly appreciate you all! Thank you for another GREAT weekend! 🤍 Reminder: We are CLOSED on Mondays!
