How often should you sauna? 🤔 Whether you’re just starting out or already a sauna regular, the key is finding your rhythm. Beginners might enjoy 2–3 sessions a week, while seasoned users can go for 4–5. Each session? Just 15–30 minutes of pure switch-off time. ✨ The golden rule: listen to your body and stay consistent - it’s not about perfection, it’s about making it part of your lifestyle. 🌿🔥 #GlowSaunas #SaunaLife #WellnessRoutine #RecoveryTime #SweatTherapy #RelaxAndRecharge #AustralianLifestyle #MindfulLiving #WellnessAustralia #SelfCareJourney by @glow_saunas

Some days we came home covered in dirt, other days with tired eyes from staring at screens. But no matter how different our days looked, we always ended them the same way, stepping into the sauna. 🧖🏽 It became more than just warmth. It was a reset button. Muscles softened, stress faded, and our minds finally slowed down. That feeling sparked something bigger - a vision to create saunas that bring natural materials, thoughtful design, and smart tech together, so everyone can have a place to recharge. 🌿 Glow was born from that ritual - from the belief that slowing down shouldn’t be a luxury, it should belong to everyone. 💛 #GlowSaunas #WellnessAtHome #AustralianWellness #GlowWithUs #MindfulLiving #Wellness #Melbourne #Sauna #HealthAustralia by @glow_saunas

Heat, then cold. The contrast is the point. The heat loosens what training tightened. The cold wakes up your circulation and clears your head. Together, they leave you calmer, lighter, and ready to sleep properly. That’s the whole ritual. See for yourself. Link in bio #glowsaunas #wellness #icebath #coldplunge by @glow_saunas

This is the moment where water meeting warmed stones, rising as steam, filling the space like a held breath finally released. #glowsaunas #sauna #wellness #water by @glow_saunas
Sauna, ice bath, repeat. Heat boosts circulation through widening blood vessels, and the cold closes them, reducing inflammation and boosting muscle recovery. Together they’re doing more for your body than either one alone. photography by: @phoenixsherman_photography #glowsaunas #sauna #wellness #coldplunge #icebath by @glow_saunas
“More mums should do this.” Here’s why Amanda’s right. Cold exposure helps regulate mood, reduce inflammation, and improve sleep, all things that tend to take a back seat once life gets busy. A few minutes is often all it takes. Meet the Glow Contrast Tub, our new cold plunge, made for exactly this. Thanks @amandabergerwellness for the motivation! #glowsaunas #sauna #wellness #coldplunge icebath by @glow_saunas
Every ritual has an origin story. Amanda’s (@amandabergerwellness) started in New York, took her all the way to London to train as a sauna master, and brought her back to Melbourne to share it with everyone here. We talked about all of it, how she found Aufguss, what it took to master it, and how she shares the experience now. For me, the sensory experience helped me feel present and grounded in the sauna, and made it easy to stay in far longer than I normally would. #glowsaunas #sauna #health #wellness by @glow_saunas
Our first Aufguss sauna experience. Lead by Victoria’s Aufguss Sauna Master, Amanda (@amandabergerwellness). Originating in Germany, Aufguss combines heat, aromatics, and movement, water and oils poured over hot stones, then fanned through the room by hand, building the intensity in waves and creating a holistic experience for your senses. We had the privilege of experiencing it with Amanda, Victoria’s first sauna Aufguss master. Thank you for bringing this to us, it was an experience we won’t forget. Have you tried Aufguss before? #glowsaunas #sauna #health #wellness by @glow_saunas
