✨ WELLNESS WEDNESDAY ✨

Did you know stress can show up on your skin?

When we’re under stress, our bodies produce more cortisol (the stress hormone). Elevated cortisol can contribute to:

🤍 Breakouts
🤍 Increased oil production
🤍 Dryness & dehydration
🤍 Slower healing
🤍 Dull, tired-looking skin

Healthy skin isn’t just about what you put on your face, it’s also about how you care for your mind and body!

🌿 Today’s wellness reminder:
• Drink plenty of water.
• Get outside for a few minutes of fresh air.
• Take a few deep breaths.
• Prioritize quality sleep tonight.
• Don’t forget your SPF 😁 even on cloudy days!

Glowing skin starts from within. Give yourself a little grace today. 💛

✨ What’s one thing you do to unwind after a stressful day? Share below!
