MY REAL ACNE JOURNEY 🤍💔
OPEN for suggestions, feedback and help for my healing journey 💕💔🌸

I never had acne until i turned 22, After moving to Canada and working long hours, After looking at other people I wish that perfect “glass skin” so badly that I started using everything at once — acids, exfoliators, scrubs, masks, serums, creams… literally everything I could find. 😭💔💔💔

I thought more products meant better skin, but I didn’t understand my skin or how much it could actually tolerate.💕

And I’ve learned something important: skincare products are not bad. It’s about how we use them, how often we use them, and how our own skin responds. Everyone’s skin is different. What works for someone else might not work for you.❤️

I’m also learning that taking care of your skin means taking care of yourself from the inside too. 🤍 Your lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress and overall well-being matter.

I’m not sharing this because I have perfect skin now. I’m sharing it because I’m learning, healing and starting again — the right way. 🫶🏻
