If your skin keeps breaking out stop combining too many things.

Treat your barrier first before introducing anything else.

You don’t need 10 different actives at once. It just overwhelms your skin and makes things worse.

Start simple. Use azelaic acid without BHA like @theinkeylist Azelaic Acid to target breakouts gently while being kind to your barrier. Heal first then add more slowly.

Less is truly more 💙
