I’m incredibly proud & delighted to share that my new Glow Wellness Breathwork & Wellness Retreats with my amazing partner venue; Down Hall Hotel have received a wonderful review in the one & only Forbes Magazine! As part of these retreats it’s such a privilege to host & share yoga, meditation, breathwork & and a sound bath, as well as everyone experiencing the stunning hotel, fine dining, Eden spa & the beautiful grounds. I love seeing the transformation from everyone arriving, then relaxing, taking time for themselves, then hearing their different experiences & leaving feeling calm & energised. Join @camilla_glowwell for a gentle, eclipse‑inspired session drawing on the rare moment when sun and moon align over the sunflower field this week. As light and shadow meet, the energy becomes beautifully balanced — perfect for deep rest, release and renewal.
We’ll experience a 90% solar eclipse midway through the session, with solar glasses provided so you can safely soak in the moment.

I’m delighted to be featured, sharing the benefits of sound bath experiences and the powerful role they can play in supporting our wellbeing.
As a wellness and fitness expert specialising in yoga, breathwork, Pilates, personal training, and sound healing, one of the things I love most about sound healing is how beautifully inclusive it is. You don’t need any experience or special ability—simply being present is enough.
While we consciously experience the soothing sounds and deep relaxation, the real magic often happens on a subconscious level, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for rest, balance, and restoration.

The Shine Awards 2025! It was a real honour to be part of the event! The Shine Awards are hosted by Steps Together in partnership with Claritee & supported by Starboxx PR. It was a real honour to be on the Red Carpet interviewing many special people sharing their journeys around mental health. The Shine Awards celebrate excellence & those promoting mental health & wellness in the workplace across the UK.

It was a privilege to present the Award for Holistic Wellness Integration in the Workplace to the well deserving FEDCAP.

The Shine Awards support NACOA, a key charity in the UK looking after children of alcoholic parents. Callum Best is a very proud patron doing great work.
Being a Wellness Therapist & Retreat Host for my company Glowments Wellness means I support the transformation of those with addictions & those needing help with their self-care, so it means a lot to me to be there. The event proceeds are invested into NACOA’s work.

The Glass House Retreat! In lifestyle writer mode for this literally breath-taking retreat! This is the UK’s first purpose-built, eco friendly wellness retreat & I was committed to experiencing all it had to offer! My full review will be in the fabulous @wellbeing.magazine but to give you a taster here’s a quick summary… Whether you are a pro athlete looking for enhance recovery, fitness enthusiast wanting an experience or just looking for a place to relax it has something for you. Aerial yoga, Cryotherapy & natural pond swimming at not to be missed!! The staff and food are amazing too! Thank you for the invitation, Iwill be back!
