Matera, Italy 🇮🇹 you have completely blown me away✨

One of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. People have lived here for over 9,000 years, longer than Rome, Athens, or Jerusalem.

Its „Sassi” cave dwellings, carved directly into limestone cliffs, were homes for thousands of families until the mid-20th century, when the Italian government relocated residents due to poverty and lack of sanitation.

Today it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was named European Capital of Culture in 2019. It’s one of the most stunning, ancient places left standing in Europe.

This is what walking through 9,000 years of history looks like at sunset. 🌇

For the girl who checks her shirt before every hug, I see you. And I fixed it. 🤍

I used to quietly plan my life around sweating. Every Tshirt, every workout outfit, every shirt check before every hug. I’ve tried it all- outfit planning, deodorants and none of it worked.

So this summer I finally booked something I now highly recommend: underarm Botox. Same Botox you know, just placed where it tells the sweat glands to take a break. ~10minutes, using the tiniest needles so virtually painless and lasts around 4-6months.
