Our first Glow Workouts Walk Club with Helena in Copenhagen is DONE! 🇩🇰 🇩🇰

I honestly thought no one would show up on such a rainy morning, but you did!! 🥹 I’m so happy that even for our very first Glow Workouts Community Walk Club, the girls showed up — rain, hail or shine!

Our feet got completely soaked, but we still did our 5K! We started in beautiful Nyhavn and walked along the canals and through the city before making our way back to Nyhavn. Copenhagen definitely looks different under blue skies, so next time we’re getting sunshine, right? 💛🍂 🍂

We also had a little 5-minute gratitude moment planned before the walk, but with that rain it wasn’t exactly the easiest morning to stand outside and write... I hope you got to fill in your sheets later at home 😌

By 8:30 AM, we had already walked 5K, met new girls, had some really nice conversations and almost got our daily steps in. There’s something so good about starting your morning knowing you’ve already done something for yourself — and you still have the whole day ahead of you

After the walk, we headed to @joeandthejuice for matcha and coffee together ☕️🍵

We had more girls registered, and I completely understand that the weather made it difficult to join us this time. If you registered but couldn’t make it, we hope to see you at the next one! 🫶

The next Glow Workouts Walk Club is coming soon 🤫🤫

Stay tuned 🇩🇰 🇩🇰 🇩🇰 by @glowworkouts

DON'T MAKE THIS HYROX BEGINNER MISTAKE ❌
It was my first HYROX and I only realized after my third run that the screen shows exactly where to go next. Check the screen and don't make the same mistake I did. 😅
