Campari Red Hands 2026.

It wasn’t my best performance, but I’m genuinely grateful to have been part of a competition that continues to raise the bar and push bartenders to evolve.

A big thank you to everyone at Campari for the opportunity, the trust, and for creating a platform where we can challenge ourselves, learn, and grow.

Taking the lessons, the memories, and the motivation with me. Back to the bar, back to learning, and hopefully back next year — a little better than this time. ❤️

And somehow, it’s already been 3 months @15stamfordbar . Three months filled with countless R&D sessions, ideas, experiments, and plenty of moments that remind me why I love what I do.

I’m enjoying every minute of this journey, and we’ve been working on something special behind the scenes.

A new menu is coming soon. Stay tuned. 🥃✨
