La Digue has been absolutely gorgeous. Glass bottom kayaking, natural pools, rock climbing, biking through the coconut plantations from the 1800s and the most beautiful scenery one could ever imagine. Today was a day we will never forget. A day "with the friends" was the most special day with our new Rwandan friends, Janvier, Samuel and Fabrice. 🫶🏼 They took us to their territory and the first stop was feeding monkeys. Then a scenic overlook that emphasized why Rwanda is called the land of 1,000 hills. Next stop a 400 year old tree where many locals stop to cool off in the shade. Then we were treated to a delicacy of fresh goat - and it was amazing. It was truly one of the most special days we have ever had. 3 single guys adopted us for a day and showed us the best time ever!
