i’ve decided i’m going to recreate my old written and graphic content from 2013-2020, mainly from @buddyproject. excited to reincorporate writing positive content, handlettering, and doodling into my routine again ✨

i realized that even though some of my content is over a decade old, doesn’t mean it can’t help someone out still. i can rework it and still reach people who need it in their life, whatever that reason may be.

happy birthday mac 🤍 wanted to reshare this post i created back in september 2021. i’m so glad mac’s music was able to find me at a time in my life where i needed it most.

here are 8 of his lyrics that help me get through depression. not all of these are necessarily “happy” or “uplifting” lyrics. some songs that helped me most validated my depression and anxiety. it’s okay to be depressed and anxious, i’m not less of a human for going through mental illness.
