Brooks, you were a teammate, a friend, and a brother. You always put others ahead of you. It was always a great time being able to share the baseball field with such a great player and was always a leader. It was also amazing to be able to grow up with you from Pre-K till we graduated. I’m going to miss that warm welcome that always lit up the room when you came in. Thank you for always being a great teammate and friend always willing to push others to get the best from themselves. This has been one of the worst events in my life was losing you my brother. I love and miss you Brooksie! Rest Easy Brooksie💙 by @gmillians.44

Thank you College Baseball,

You have given me endless friendships, brothers, and a family that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I couldn’t be more grateful for the way my last year went. Finishing with a 36-14 regular season the best record in school history is something I’ll always be proud to have been a part of.

More than the wins and memories on the field, I’m thankful for all the incredible people this game brought into my life. To my Cardinal family, thank you for welcoming a kid from a small town in Georgia with open arms and making this place feel like home from day one.

Thank you again to every teammate, coach, friend, family member, and supporter who has been a part of this journey. Every lesson, memory, and relationship made these years unforgettable.
