BIG 12 CONFERENCE CHAMPION!!!🥇

This was by far the most successful and fun season I’ve had yet! In my first season repping KState I threw a PR at 4/6 of our meets, I improved on my PR from last year almost 2m going from 20.97m to 22.67m and broke the school record🍽️😮‍💨Previously at Big 12’s I’ve earned 5 medals with 4 7th place finishes and 1 6th place finish😀 coming into this year I knew I had to change that narrative and I’m blessed to have been able to especially since my parents showed up with a surprise visit 🥲. I saved my best performance of my life for the biggest stage with 4/6 of my attempts being over my previous PR.

Although this season was a good one and I learned a lot, the ultimate goal which was to be ranked top 16 and make nationals wasn’t accomplished. I finished off the rankings at 17th, missing the top 16 by 4cm. It’s heartbreaking putting my all out there and still coming up just short with a mark that I would’ve qualified with LITERALLY any other year. However, I find peace knowing that throughout this season the Lord has done so much work on me and that He has bigger and better things planned for me down the road. None of this would’ve been possible without Him, and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to display the talents He’s given me. 🙏🏾

U20 PAN AMERICAN SHOT PUT CHAMP!!!🇺🇸🦅🥇

It was an awesome experience representing my country on the world stage and being able to bring back a win for the USA! Chilling with the best athletes from around the country and the Americas made this week the greatest experience ever! Made some great memories with some great people that I’ll never forget 🤞🏾
