Today marks 3 years since I broke my neck! Woah Time flys! When it happened I broke my neck in 5 places collapsed both lungs and ruptured an artery doin a backie at @squawalpine off the big boy jumps. I feel so very lucky and blessed to have come out of this one alive but I stayed positive worked my ass off in rehab and with help of my family, friends, and the @hi5sfoundation I was able to bounce back and get back on a snowboard again. I love this sport and always will but now I just try to stay away from the big ones lol 🏔 taken in Squaw Valley, California by @gnar_par
