✨ The evening concluded with a networking cocktail and a curated product exhibition by selected Ghanaian entrepreneurs.

Notably, the exhibitors were beneficiaries of programs funded and supported by the Netherlands Embassy, which shows the direct impact of Dutch-Ghanaian development cooperation.

The showcased brands included @chocolarthaus, @motribeshop, @adolinsgh, @giddinsfashion, @paafioblends, @kocodluv, @sava_shea, InovTech, BG Gold, and Integrity Link Logistics.

"Culture is not just heritage; it’s an economic driver." 🗣️💡

Our panelists didn't hold back! At the Beyond Culture event, we dove deep into the structures needed to make creativity profitable.

Expertly steered by our MC & Moderator, Joana Chemel, this panel brought together government, embassy, and diaspora perspectives to break down the fusion of culture and business. They covered everything from the diasporan's role in the creative sphere to the tangible impact on the economy.

💎 The Takeaways:

🇳🇱 Justin Tusoe (Netherlands Embassy) broke down the "Diplomatic Bridge" and the move from Aid to Trade.

🇬🇭 Kwame Kesse-Agyepong (GIPC) shared key data on Dutch-Ghanaian investment and where the opportunities lie for export and collaboration.

👑 Nana Fofi (Nana Fofi Nkrabea Foundation) reminded us that integrating into the culture is the first step to making a real social and economic impact.

The guests were not left out, getting the chance to interact and add their own insights to the conversation.

This dynamic discussion followed the earlier "Chit Chat" between Joana and @kala.cite on the background of his film, "Home where it all begins".

The future of the creative economy is bright and it’s collaborative. 🤝

A huge thank you to the @nlinghana and every single one of you who showed up to bridge the gap between the Diaspora and Ghana’s Creative Economy.
