Thank goodness for the weekend because it’s been a week. A busy one but a good one. Staying quiet and dry. Here’s a toast to the #weekend and congratulations to @kyleabrahamdancevanguard on 20 years, a new name and the continuation of greatness in the arts. #nyc #entertainment #smithsonian #ahs 🌂🌈🍷🍾 by @gnsquire

This post is a well-deserved nod to the weekend. Harlem block party on Saturday and finally meeting @miss_bey_media’s cutie pup Gizmo and her beau, followed by a Sunday filled with pancakes for breakfast with Cousin @terryanndavisalston and a beautiful 90th birthday celebration of cousin @rose.person.395 on Sunday in North Carolina. Then, back to NYC yesterday morning, literally just missing the comms breakdown that grounded flights in NYC, Philadelphia and Newark by early afternoon. 😳 As tired as I am, I will never stop being grateful for friends, family, and community. #mytribe #harlem #weekendvibes by @gnsquire

Late August is the best in #NYC because afternoons and evenings can be more low-key than usual and there is always the occasion that you run into your people. Thx to @camilleabrown for making it possible for me to see #thewhoopimonologues and to @iamdedebrown and Adrienne Lopez for the perfect cap to the evening. #summervibes☀️ #broadway taken in Lincoln Center by @gnsquire

So much of what we do as publicists is never really known or understood because as people who are largely behind the scenes, we just do the work. I have truly enjoyed this experience of “building the plane while flying it” with @thesheilagrant on her debut novel, Passport to Danger. Sheila is one of the kindest, most understanding clients I have worked with. She brings such positive energy that you want to see her win. Thank you to @newyorksocialdiary for spotlighting Sheila in such a meaningful, celebratory way. A wonderful end to this week and am grateful to be in partnership with such good people in Jeff Hirsch and David Patrick Columbia 🙏🏽🙏🏽 And…thank you to @lauraklyn for the gorgeous cover design. by @gnsquire

There is nothing like coming together for a good cause and yesterday was one of those days at the @abtofficial Golden Circle Luncheon. The occasion paid tribute to Principal Dancer @cory_stearns in his farewell season and all proceeds from the luncheon go towards the company and its education and engagement programs. A special thanks to Artistic Director @susanjaffeofficial for a wonderful afternoon and for including @thesheilagrant novel, Passport To Danger, in the gift bag. I hope that everyone might have a chance to enjoy it, especially as we are in summer beach read season! If you’re looking for a page-turner historical espionage novel, please put Passport To Danger on your or your book club’s reading list. And support a female author in the espionage genre! #bookclub #ballet #book #authors #fiction taken in The Metropolitan Opera by @gnsquire
