Why spend so much on a bike just to ride in pain?That’s where a bike fitting comes in handy!

When I got my new @ari.bikes Shafer I knew a bike fit would help get it dialed in because last year I started having some foot/knee pain along with hand numbness. I tried adjustments on my own but was really just guessing. BUT thanks to Paulie at @go_physio_mn, I was able to eliminate all that, and have been out adventuring all year pain free. Better yet, Paulie is not just a bike fitter but also a physical therapist. This allows him to combine his expertise of the bike with how the body works by taking past injuries into consideration.
So, if you’re in pain or some level of discomfort, Go Physio is your go to destination. 10/10

Defeat of Jesse James Days in Northfield! This was my first visit to Northfield without a bike… lol

Thanks to @hikes.bikes.brews for the heads up 🙏

Veggie options were hard to come by at the event so we tried our luck at @tacotercomn and had the BEST TACOS I’VE EVER HAD! So. Good. If you are in or around Northfield, be sure to hit this place up!

I first met Shannon when we were the co-winners of the 2023 @kkdgravel Half 79er (flex 😎).

I finally got her in for a fitting after she was the top bidder for the GO PHYSIO Bike Fitting at this year’s KKD auction. She’s doing some amazing things with her team @worldbicyclerelief to get more butts on bikes across the world, not to mention crushing her gravel races.

Stoked to see what she can do on her new @envecomposites MOG! Good luck at @gravel_worlds next week, Shannon!
