My favorite Saturday morning activity in @columbiasc will always be a stroll down @mainstcolasc during @sodacitysc. Filled with food vendors that represent over 30+ nationalities, talented buskers strumming and singing, artists and makers selling unique goods, vintage and antique finds, to fresh flowers and produce from around all over SC— it’s a melting pot of all your favorite things.

Why @columbiasc?

I’ve called Columbia home since I moved here for college in 2008 and I’ve never looked back. I’m rooted here now and I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️.

From the festivals with your best friends where you can run into your professor or a kid you babysat, to the local @sodacitysc farmers market where everyone knows each other by name, to parades on @mainstcolasc to celebrate the wins of @gamecockwbb. We’ve got music venues for every taste and size, rivers running through downtown + a national park (@congareenps) at the edge of town, and, an amazing melting pot of food & cocktails.

A capital city that is small enough that if you put your mind to it, you’re actually able to make a big difference in your community. I love you @columbiasc and I’ll always cheerlead for this city 🏙️. If you’re looking to get involved but don’t know where to start? Shoot me a DM!

Headed over to @townoflexingtonsc for a tasty treat from @theyummycakery during @lexscweekofrestaurants! 🧁

I got to try the strawberry, maple bourbon, cookies & cream, and red velvet cupcakes—and y’all, they were SO good. Big, fluffy cupcakes with that fresh-made taste… basically everything I love in a cupcake.

And today is the LAST day of Restaurant Week, so if you’ve been meaning to check them out, this is your sign. They’re doing buy 4 jumbo cupcakes, get your 5th limited edition cupcake FREE! 👀

Okay Columbia… we have a NEW seafood restaurant to add to the list. 🦪

I got a first taste of Slip 53 during their soft opening this weekend—and I’m already planning my next visit.
This new spot on Saluda Avenue brings an elevated coastal feel to Five Points, with a gorgeous raw bar, fresh oysters, seafood-focused dishes, and some seriously good cocktails.

A few favorites from the night:
🦪 Fresh oysters + house-made sauces
🐟 Hamachi crudo (still thinking about this one!)
🍣 Tuna bombs + shrimp tostada
🦀 Crab & corn fritters
🐟 Pan-seared salmon with curry
🦞 Brown butter lobster ravioli

Honestly, everything we tried was SO good, and the service was phenomenal. I can already see this becoming a new date night / dinner with friends favorite.

I got a little sneak peek at the soft opening party for @petitepartyshop, and I am OBSESSED with this new addition to @devinestreet.

Created by @alexandrawoodlief @alexandramadisonweddings, Petite Party Shop is basically a little dreamland for anyone who loves a good celebration. 🎉

Think beautifully curated party goods, gorgeous gift wrap, stationery, hostess gifts, ribbons, seasonal goodies, and all the little details that make an occasion feel extra special.

As someone who loves a good party (and a beautifully wrapped gift 👀), this is absolutely my kind of place. Shoutout to @honeymarketco for their popup caviar cowboy at the party too 🤠

✨ adds another coffee shop to the weekly rotation ☕️🤭

Spent the morning at @honeymarketco and I’m already planning my next visit.

The space feels like a little European escape tucked into @cityofforestacres —with gorgeous blue interiors, vintage finds, wine, retail, and a coffee menu that’s anything but ordinary. I mean… a browned butter latte topped with vanilla bean ganache and 24K gold? Say less. ✨

Whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee, meeting a friend, browsing the retail shelves, or winding down with a glass of wine, this is one of those places you’ll want to hang out for a while.

Finally made it over to @atmothers, and it definitely lived up to the hype. We kicked things off with the Avocado Freezie cocktail (trust me on this one 🤌), then shared the Big Poppa pizza, cucumber salad, Campanelle pasta, and crab maldafine—and every bite was better than the last.

Great food, amazing service, creative cocktails, and one of those spots that makes you want to hang out a little bit longer. Safe to say we’ll be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. 🍕 🍝 ✨

I’m pretty sure my inner 12-year-old and 36-year-old had an equally great time at WesCo Brew & Bowl 🎳😂

We stopped by the grand opening @wescobrewandbowl this week and quickly realized this wasn’t just a bowling alley. Between the arcade games, augmented reality bowling, darts, billiards, food, drinks, private event spaces and outdoor beer garden, there’s enough here to keep everyone entertained.
