Last week was a very special moment for me and for All African Delights.

I had the opportunity to step onto the stage at the Black Experience Pavilion during the Restaurants Canada Show and introduce many chefs, buyers, and hospitality professionals to Chin Chin, a snack many of us grew up enjoying.

I also had the chance to show how Chin Chin can travel from tradition to modern food experiences — whether paired with coffee, added to breakfast bowls, or featured on charcuterie boards.
A big thank you to Foodpreneur Lab and The Re-Seasoning Coalition for creating space for Black food entrepreneurs to share our stories, our culture, and our products.

Moments like this remind me why I started this journey — to share a piece of home with the world.
