Remember to get out and vote. With all the available early voting you should be able to find time to get it done and make sure your voice is heard. These midterms are as important as presidential races. Make sure your voice is heard. by @goellnerm

So many things to remind us of him as he's no longer with us. Messing up the bed so he can get under the covers. Barking for food, or to be let in. Hopping for food which he picked up from Sadie. Biting your hand off when you gave him a treat. Barking at you 15 minutes before bed because he wants to go to bed. Requiring us to lock the trash when we leave otherwise he would dig in it. His relentless search for anything Chocolate His constant snoring His need to always be on a couch His examination of the table after meals. It's hard to get through a moment without being reminded of his quirks, and the hole he is leaving in our hearts. I'll miss you bud. Say hi to your sister for us. by @goellnerm

Here is the second Fundraiser, the have a bunch of interesting products and is worth just looking through the catalog. Proceeds of the fundraiser will go to getting a second playground for her school as the first one is usually crowded. There's quiet an array of products from wrapping paper to food, to kitchen gadgets, to magazines. Take a look. I put the link in my bio as it appears we can't put it in the message. by @goellnerm
Grace is running two fundraisers through her school right now. The first one is for Mrs. Fields cookie dough. I believe they are raising money to put in an additional playground at her school as the current one get's pretty crowded with all the kids. Check out the page and help out if you can. https://onlineorders.mrsfieldsfundraising.com/clintonelementary2022/shiphome/gracegoellner?a=17 by @goellnerm
The Chipper workout was good. Granted doing 40,35, or 30 of any exercise is a little excessive. by @goellnerm
Did an earlier workout this week with my favorite coach. A good workout, was definitely the easiest of the week. Could have probably used less time for the walks to keep the calorie burn up. by @goellnerm
Been a while since I've had a 3G, catching definitely made the workout tough. We didn't get started till 5 minutes in because of all the instructions and this probably was why they stopped us while I was still cooling down on the tread with 5 till 1K calories. by @goellnerm
Was feeling pretty soar in my right arm today and don't think this workout helped much was good, hit around the expected numbers I liked the endurance tred block. by @goellnerm
Good work out my shoulders will be feeling that tomorrow. The tread block was a good interval. by @goellnerm
