Checking in on Ottine Mineral Springs. Plants are growing in so nicely after (almost) one year of install.

We recently completed the landscape for this eastside bungalow. The yard had good bones so we reused some of the existing materials and painted the front concrete sidewalk and porch. We replaced all of the landscape to create a small patch of lawn for the clients pups and a wispy flowy rectangle of Mexican feathergrass, rock rose and a red bud on center with the oversized front window. More to share soon!

Earlier this month we hosted a party at our home where art, design, food, plants, film, music and dear friends intersected. We moved our furniture outside and created a gallery inside to showcase Barbara Levesque’s stunning artwork for her debut show - Southern Gothic.
Grateful for this talented, creative, kind, thriving austin community.
Cheers to finishing out 2025 with a bang!

More “after” and “before” shots both with the stunning Post Oak in the background.

From overlooked side yard to lived-in outdoor room. French doors now open onto a full-length patio designed for daily use, while a low, transparent fence keeps dogs contained without closing the space off from the street and passersby. Open, connected, and functional.

Close up of the herringbone brick and tile detail - we added a tile every few feet so it appears subtle but gives a little interest and pop of color to the surface.
